Fast Growing Residential Roofing Company seeks quality individual experienced in Roof Replacement to grow and supervise a team of representatives (3-4) for specified "territories" within 90 miles of Atlanta - ( Ideally where you live) We offer BASE, YES BASE + Commission for our Supervisors while they grow a team! Our Company has 2 Divisions:

• RETAIL & INSURANCE Our Company has QUALITY LEADS Our Retail Division: The BEST in the Southeast offering multiple financing options Our Insurance Division: UNIQUE and INNOVATIVE (see below): WE have partnered with a PUBLIC ADJUSTING FIRM to ENSURE EVERY CLAIM FILED gets APPROVED Our representatives earn commission on BOTH Insurance AND Retail (if Insurance Claims are partially approved....commission earned on Retail!) ALL reps have to do is sign a contingency! True Sign & Go Model! Reps do not have to ANY of the following: a. Do NOT have to meet adjuster! b. Do NOT have to meet the customer for a Build contract! c. DO NOT have to supervise the build!

Duties

: - Build and Manage a team of 2-4 representatives in YOUR TERRITORY - Exemplify our core principals: Honesty-Integrity-Professionalism-Teamwork Experience: - Residential Insurance Replacement OR Retail Roofing Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
