Full description of the position

Account Executive Toledo, OH Nemsys is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to seek new leads and manage key client relationships, drive revenue across multiple service lines, and ensure exceptional customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, IT industry familiarity, and the ability to independently own and grow assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams. What can we offer YOU: * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401k after 1 year * PTO * Commission Pay * Bonus Opportunities * PAY: $65,000/per year + 10k-20k commission Schedule: * Monday through Friday * 8AM-5PM * In office * Occasional travel The right candidate will have: * Proven experience in account management, IT sakes, or MSP environments. * Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities at once. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with IT hardware, software, licensing, and managed services. * High attention to detail and accuracy in quoting, pricing, and documentation. Our Account Executive will: * Serve as a primary representative for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and prompt responses. * Provide clarity and guidance to clients throughout the decision-making process. * Maintain strong, trust-based relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up. * Prepare and deliver quotes for hardware, software, professional services, and managed IT services. * Adjust pricing as needed, including applying nonprofit or strategic discounts. * Drive revenue through structured sales and commission processes. * Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, including upgrades, licensing, infrastructure needs, and ongoing support initiatives. * Lead the complete sales cycle from initial discussion through proposal, negotiation, and closing. * Work closely with Client Services, Support, Project Management, and Leadership to ensure successful solution delivery. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation, quotes, and agreements are accurate and completed promptly. * Maintain organized communication threads with clients, vendors, and internal teams. * Ensure all agreements, signatures, and deliverables are completed and stored properly.
