Overview

MassageLuXe - Ocoee is seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Associates to support our growing spa. This role is available for both part- time and full-time candidates who enjoy working with people and contributing to a positive, wellness-focused environment. Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You will work alongside a supportive group of professionals who value teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
• Assist clients with scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
• Educate guests on available services, memberships, and retail products
• Recommend services and memberships that best meet client needs
• Support membership enrollment and retention through clear communication
• Maintain spa standards related to cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers
