You'll give homeowners complete, integrated solutions that make their homes smarter, safer, and more efficient--all while building a rewarding career with no limits. What You 'll Do * Generate leads through direct residential outreach (door-to-door). * Deliver persuasive in-home presentations that excite homeowners about solar, windows, and roofing upgrades. * Guide customers from first conversation to signed agreement with confidence and care. * Communicate real value, overcome objections, and close deals with integrity. * Represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement teams in the state.
