Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with experience in both direct and inside sales environments. You will leverage your skills in territory management and business development to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for upselling. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives and share best practices. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. * Provide technical sales support as needed, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience * Proven experience in territory management, inside sales, or direct sales roles is preferred. * Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies for effective upselling. * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.
