As we continue to grow, we look to add to our New Business Development Team. Kaz Home Improvements (West Seneca) an established and growing remodeling company, is seeking employment of an experienced Project Developer/Sales Associate with a proven track record of success. POSITION OVERVIEW Your role as a Kitchen and bathroom Project Developer/Salesperson would be to help generate leads in areas in which we are currently working. Follow up on generated leads and scheduled leads. You will measure, design, price, write up, and sell the project. Beyond the sale, you are involved with setting up the project to succeed in both client satisfaction and company profitability. You will be fully trained in our sales process, customer service, and teamwork. The biggest benefit of selling for us is the team you represent. Our production team, sales team, and office team are among the best in the industry. The office team schedules your appointments, but you manage your own time. The other members of the sales team work together and help each other succeed. And the production team will help with providing the service, so our clients recommend us and are clients for life. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years in the home improvement, kitchen, and bathroom design or installation. Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Excel, and database management etc. 20/20 design experience Knowledge of construction math Able to pass a drug screening and background check. COMPENSATION First Year Salary -- 42K plus unlimited commissions. Our salespeople are expected to make between 42K -- 80K the first year. Second year on should be 60K plus, depending on your work ethic and selling skills.
