We are currently seeking a AT&T Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of driving success for AT&T's sales division. The AT&T Sales Representative will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of AT&T's products and services. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their telecommunications needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with AT&T's offerings. This position requires a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and sales acumen. AT &T Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: * Present and promote AT&T's wireless products and services directly to new and existing customers with a focus on product quality and reliability * Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations on AT&T's wireless plans and devices * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and increase customer retention * Achieve sales targets by actively engaging in cross-selling and upselling opportunities * Stay updated on AT&T's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape * Assist customers with troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate as needed to appropriate parties * Handle all sales-related documentation, including contracts and service agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance Qualifications for our AT &T Sales Representative: * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably in the telecommunications industry * Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends AT &T Sales Representative Position Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position. * Pay: Commissions based, an average of $120-$160 per new customer enrolled, averaging 1 sale per day * Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week). * Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover. * Average Weekly Pay: The average weekly pay is $800-$1,200 weekly based on 100% commission * Clients & Products: We work with AT&T customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their home mobile wireless products) in a residential, face-to-face environment.
