Position Overview: We are currently seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Junior Sales Representative to support our in-home and outbound sales efforts. You'll learn how to identify customer needs, present solutions, and guide homeowners through the remodeling process with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in identifying prospective customers through leads & lead follow-up * Educate homeowners on the benefits of impact-resistant windows and doors * Support sales presentations and site consultations * Help prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts * Track interactions and manage customer info in CRM software * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale * Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and job site visits Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Outgoing personality with a willingness to engage with new people * Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career * Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * Previous experience in sales, home improvement, or construction is a plus but not required What We Offer: * Base pay plus commission * Paid training and ongoing mentorship * Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company * Performance bonuses and incentive programs * Friendly, supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
