Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of solar sales representatives
• Manage and track sales performance across your team

Qualifications

• Has solar sales experience is a plus
• Strong background in door-to-door, in-home, or direct sales
• Proven ability to build and lead successful teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
