Crossroad Telecom, a results-driven sales and business consulting firm, is expanding AT&T Fiber in Indianapolis, and we're hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support customer accounts through a high touch, concierge-style sales and service experience. The Entry Level Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, guiding them through plan tiers, eligibility, and installation with precision and personality. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll introduce Indianapolis to the reliable world of AT&T Fiber while managing customer relationships from initial enrollment through activation. We'll cover the technicalities; you cover the conversation, with professionalism, confidence, and approachability. From checking availability to confirming the first bill, the Entry Level Account Manager ensures each account is set up for long-term success, proving that strong connectivity and strong account management go hand in hand. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager * Execute consultative sales by assessing customer bandwidth needs and enrolling them in optimal AT&T Fiber plans and integrated home solutions. * Manage the end-to-end service activation process for new Fiber accounts, ensuring accurate order submission, scheduling, and compliance. * Provide authoritative technical guidance on fiber optic benefits, including symmetrical speeds, network reliability, and in-home setup recommendations. * Professionally triage and resolve complex enrollment roadblocks, service order issues, or billing discrepancies related to AT&T Fiber. * Maintain rigorous data accuracy by meticulously documenting all service orders, customer feedback, and retention metrics within CRM systems. * Coordinate across operational teams to ensure smooth installation handoffs and uphold the premium customer experience standards for AT&T Fiber. What We 're Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and clearly explain complex AT&T Fiber service and technical details to non-technical customers. * Experience in sales, support, or retail is highly valued within the internet services, telecommunications, or high-value subscription industries. * Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving abilities focused on driving AT&T Fiber customer satisfaction and long-term retention. * Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools for managing accounts, tracking enrollment progress, and streamlining service fulfillment operations.
