Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned territories or sectors. * Engage in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to identify potential clients and nurture leads. * Conduct business development activities by prospecting new clients through networking, marketing campaigns, and industry events. * Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiations and contract discussions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently. * Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions involving our products or services. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. * Experience with inside sales strategies including outbound calling and telemarketing. * Ability to develop business through effective customer service and relationship management. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive attitude toward business development efforts. * Prior experience in CRM management, technical product presentations, and customer engagement is preferred.
