Business Development Sales Professional / Internet Manager Location: Autosource Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (One weekday off) Position Overview We are seeking a driven, high-energy Business Development Sales Professional / Internet Manager to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer leads. This role is critical to our sales operation and requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter who thrives on phone calls, customer interaction, and setting appointments. Key Responsibilities * Manage 100+ leads per day through phone calls, text messages, and email * Promptly contact internet and phone leads to set in-store appointments * Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls daily * Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to maximize appointment show rates * Take customer credit applications and accurately enter information into the dealership DMS * Update customer records, notes, and communication logs in the CRM/DMS * Communicate professionally and clearly with customers at all stages of the buying process * Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth handoff of appointments * Maintain a positive, motivated, and professional attitude at all times * Be reliable and willing to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable making high volumes of phone calls daily * Ability to text and email customers professionally and effectively * Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM/DMS systems * Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented * Organized with strong attention to detail * Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate What We 're Looking For * A go-getter who enjoys working leads and talking to people * Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and follows through * A professional who can work independently and stay focused * A team player who wants to grow with the company Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay based on experience and performance * Opportunity for bonuses and growth within the company * Fast-paced, supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
