Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will focus on developing a territory based sales team and growing our market share in the region. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and developing a sales team and working closely with them to achieve their expected business results and customer satisfaction with our products and solutions. If you enjoy working in a fast paced office technology solutions enviroment and have experience develping a successful team, we encourage you to apply! You will facilitate training and guidance not limited to the following: sales and program training for all solutions, introducing new products and solutions, sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation. You will work with your team to promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources. You will be responsible for attending meetings with your team members, ensuring their understanding of programs and managing expected business results. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and you will be responsible for account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis. The position offers a compensation package that includes a guarentee, uncapped commission and bonus opportunities and a 10k signing bonus. Total compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000. We also receive a vehicle allowance, expense allowances and smart phone allowance for company business. Requirements We are looking for a high energy professional with document solutions industry experience who has a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results. 3-5 years of experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position is highly preferred.
