Overview We are hiring Inside Sales Coordinators to support our B2B trailer and manufacturing dealer network from our Midwest distribution center. We need highly organized, people-oriented Inside Sales Coordinators to support our growing B2B dealer marketplace. This role sits at the center of our sales operation--supporting outside sales reps, coordinating dealer relationships, and helping move deals efficiently from inquiry to order. Specifically, you will be assisting dealers every way possible, managing quotes and orders, and ensuring a smooth flow from inquiry to delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dealers, staying organized, and being part of a hands-on manufacturing and distribution environment. If you like working with dealers, juggling multiple priorities, and keeping sales teams running smoothly, this is the position for you! Responsibilities * Serve as our primary inside sales contact for trailer dealers and partners * Support outside sales reps with quotes, order entry, follow-ups, and dealer communication * Handle inbound dealer calls and emails regarding availability, lead times, and orders * Maintain accurate dealer and order data in our CRM and internal systems * Assist with onboarding new dealers and supporting existing relationships * Ensure a smooth handoff between sales, operations, and logistics * Identify upsell opportunities and pass qualified leads to sales reps * Provide accurate and timely pricing, availability, lead times, and order status to dealers Qualifications * 3+ years' experience in inside sales, sales coordination, and dealer support * B2B experience in trailers, manufacturing and distribution required * Comfortable working with dealers by phone and email * Highly organized with Strong attention to detail and follow-through * Experience using CRM systems and order management tools * Ability to manage multiple dealer requests in a deadline-driven environment * Self-starter mentality with a team-first mindset Preferred Experience * Trailer manufacturing or trailer dealer networks * Supporting commission-based outside sales teams * Pricing, quoting, and order processing experience * Background working alongside commission-based outside sales teams Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Salary * Bonus and commission opportunities * Benefits and paid time-off * Stable, fast-growing company with long-term dealer relationships You 'll Like It Here * You're not just answering phones--you're a key part of the sales engine * You'll build real relationships with dealers, not one-off transactions * Fast-paced, but structured--your work actually moves revenue * Sales leadership that values organization, follow-through, and relishes teamwork Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Application Question(s): * Describe your knowledge and experience with bumper-pull trailers ...
