Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and sales support for our newest healthcare client, assisting in selecting the proper healthcare products for their family. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively to meet customer needs. This is a Full Time In-person/On-site role. Day to Day Duties * Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including Phone Calls and Face to Face interactions at clients' place of business. (SMB) Small to medium business owners will be your target demographic. * Handle inbound and outbound calls and client visits with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information. * Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records. * Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the database promptly. * Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights for service improvement. * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience. * Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist clients. Qualifications * Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred. * Previous experience in customer service or client services is advantageous. * Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling procedures is a plus. * Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. * Effective communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. * Call center experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training for the right candidates. * Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
