Glenny Glass is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Milford, Ohio. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets. Actively seek out and develop new business relationships and opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service. Understand customer needs and preferences, and offer tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Glenny Glass's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions and opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or construction-related industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of glass and glazing products (preferred but not required). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The base salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 (Negotiable) per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
