BDC Manager Job Summary Our dealership is looking for a qualified BDC Representative to grow our Business Development Center. In this position, you are responsible for contacting potential buyers with the goal of scheduling appointments for the consumer to meet with our sales representatives. Your team will receive inbound and make outbound calls based on leads generated by our marketing efforts, as well as various lists of previous buyers who may have exclusive savings available to upgrade. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Automotive Sales experience, is comfortable making 6--80 outbound calls a day and an interest/background in social media, website, and digital marketing.
