About Lapota: Lapota Contracting is a trusted roofing and exterior restoration company known for quality workmanship and exceptional customer care. With established operations in Utah, Wisconsin, and Florida, Lapota is now expanding into a brand-new market in the Northeast Georgia area, including Alpharetta and Johns Creek. As part of this growth, we are building and scaling high-performing sales teams to support our continued expansion. Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door roofing sales representatives * Lead by example in the field and support reps with closes, presentations, and customer communication * Set and track sales goals, monitor KPIs, and hold teams accountable * Maintain strong product and service knowledge across roofing, restoration, and insurance processes * Ensure a professional customer experience from initial contact to project completion * Collaborate with ownership to build strategy, optimize processes, and scale the team Compensation * Commission-based pay * Overrides on team production * High-income potential based on performance and leadership Qualifications * Roofing sales experience strongly preferred * Door-to-door sales experience required * Previous leadership or team management experience preferred * Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * Organized, motivated, and capable of running a productive sales operation Lapota Contracting is committed to delivering integrity, quality, and long- term customer relationships.
