Overview A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Patient Care Advisor (Sales Consultant) As a Patient Care Advisor (Sales Consultant), you play an exceptional role in serving as the first point of contact for potential patients in our clinics. Using your exceptional relationship building skills, you help drive sales and profitability by presenting and promoting our products and services. You guide the patient towards the most appropriate program, work with their budget, and consult through the entire process. Your primary interaction with patients is face-to-face in our clinics. Interactions also take place via phone, email, and text message. Whenever issues arise, you help expedite resolutions to maximize satisfaction. You maintain our patient care team key performance indicators and strive to meet set goals. Always friendly and professional, you are a great addition to our team, and enjoy using your excellent sales presentation and networking skills to do important work that you find satisfying! Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the field of science (e.g. health sciences, healthcare administration, nutrition/exercise science, etc.). Medical sales experience may substitute for degree. * Strong sales skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral - experience with face-to-face patient interaction is preferred. * Ability to quickly learn all of our products and services * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience using electronic medical records (EMRs. Salesforce experience is helpful.) Being bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but other languages are helpful as well. Knowledge about various wellness services is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?
