Pure Beverage Company is seeking an experienced and reliable on the job trainee. Pure Beverage delivers non-alcoholic brands to convenience stores as well as grocery stores throughout the greater Indianapolis area. This includes water, juice, energy drinks, tea, kids drinks, lemonade, etc. This is a position to teach you the industry and how we operate which will turn into a entry level management position. You will be learning all facets of the business from ordering, merchandising, delivering etc.. This is a fast paced and exciting industry that will keep you busy. Majority of your time is spent out in the market performing various job duties. This roles main responsibilities will be assisting the sales team and growing business through new and existing customers. This will include but not limited to the following: Daily

Responsibilities

:

• Being on time.
• Meeting with potential customers.
• Meeting with existing customers to sell new products.
• Working with store managers to sell/build displays.
• Work as a team with coworkers.
• Ride with route drivers to help with deliveries.
• Covering sales routes.
• Cover delivery routes.
• Deliver overflow stops/route.
• Cover merchandising route.
• Lead reset team.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Complete required entries in phone application.
• Collect payment for deliveries.
• Clean out vehicle daily.
• Collect returned product and return to designated area.
• Communicate with coworkers.
• Respectful to customers and patrons. Candidate requirements:
• Valid "For Hire" license (Currently have or able to get endorsement.)
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT physical
• Good communication skills
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Deliver all stops with 100% accuracy
• Lift 50+ lbs continuously
• Perfect attendance
• Be at the warehouse between 5-6am We will discuss the details of the job further during the interview process. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
