We have earned the reputation in the Greater Cleveland market as one of the top 5 restoration companies in the state of Ohio, and now we want to expand our reach towards the Akron area. We are a Professional Member of the American Policy Holder Association and have the highest level of certifications (Master Elite Contractor) from the largest roofing manufacturer in North America, GAF. Our offices and warehouses are situated on 30,000 square feet, with half of the building dedicated specifically to the success of our sales team. What do we offer? We have no cap on commissions, creating a competitive environment across our team of motivated, money-driven individuals. What can I expect? * Paid training with a tenured, skilled sales representative so you'll have all the tools you'll need to succeed. * Reps will work their own leads and will be given company generated leads also. * Weekly Monday team meetings at our Bedford Heights office location. * Make your own schedule so you have work and life balance. * Commission only-based position with no cap. * Regular performance bonuses. * Annual/bi-annual conferences and company trips based on performance. * All sales supplies, personalized office space, uniforms, etc. are provided. What do I need to be successful? You will need the following... * A good work ethic and discipline to generate leads even when you're not motivated to do so. * Ability to move on to the next prospect quickly after a "no". * Ability to perform face-to face outside sales confidently. * Negotiation Skills * CRM management knowledge * Relationship management with customers through the entirety of the sale. * Self-motivation and consistent work ethic. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct cold door knocking and calls to generate sales leads. * Schedule leads promptly and manage your books of business to reach sales goals. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and enhance outreach efforts. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Job Nimbus to document interactions. * Manage your files from start to finish to ensure a quick process and that things get done promptly and correctly.
