Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and have the ability to effectively communicate our software solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities * Identify potential clients through research, networking, and various outreach methods to include cold calling, emailing and social selling * Assessing the viability of prospects based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the Gridline products or services * Developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential customers, building relationships, and nurturing leads * Maintaining a clean and organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring they are passed along to the appropriate sales team members * Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, share insights, and drive overall sales growth * Utilize Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage customer interactions and report activities to sales. * Work closed with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, share insights, and drive overall sales growth * Maintaining a clean and organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring they are passed along to the appropriate sales team members * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade and build rapport * Managing multiple leads and tasks effectively to meet quotas and KPIs Skills * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the technology industry * Understanding and applying various sales techniques to generate leads and build relationships * Strong understanding of strategic planning and project management principles * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients * Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a persistent passion for achieving results Join us in driving growth and making an impact in our industry!
