Commercial Lines Account Manager Tulsa, OK | Full-time | Rich & Cartmill, Inc. Rich & Cartmill, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a growing commercial book of business in our Tulsa office. This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial insurance, stays organized under pressure, and delivers consistent service to clients and producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a commercial P&C book of business
• Handle renewals, marketing, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and policy changes
• Prepare proposals and coverage summaries
• Communicate with carriers, underwriters, clients, and internal teams
• Support producers with account strategy and retention goals
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency systems Required Experience
• 3 -5 years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages
• Applied EPIC experience preferred
• Clear communication skills and a reliable, organized working style
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize a steady workload What We Offer
