Culver Franchising System , LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Franchise Development Coordinator to become an important member of our dynamic Real Estate Development team. In this role you'll play a vital part in driving Culver's restaurants expansion plans by performing detailed and confidential administrative coordination and support to the Development team. You will be responsible to maintain and update the Franchise Management System and manage the Franchise Development process by coordinating all the documentation collection, guiding franchisee candidates through our selection and discovery process. You'll be the person managing and tracking the territory request and approval process and compiling support documents. You'll be a team player and important contributor in the future Culver's restaurant expansion plans. If you are someone who: * Possesses an Associate's degree in legal, real estate or financial field * Has 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Has strong technical abilities and experience working with software programs including MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Professional * High attention to detail and ability to multi-task with changing priorities * Demonstrated ability to ensure work and information is complete and accurate then we want you to join our team! Starting Pay Range: $58,000-$62,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Classification: Non-exempt/Hourly, full-time position.
