Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, utilizing core sales skills such as negotiation and upselling techniques. - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their automotive needs and inquiries. - Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads to drive sales and meet targets. - Collaborate with sales management to strategize and implement sales initiatives. - Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales transactions. - Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads and expand customer base. - Utilize organizational skills to manage retail math calculations and ensure efficient sales processes.
