Outside Sales-Residential Estimator Salary is $52,000 with a bonus structure available. Schedule - Monday - Friday with rotating weekends Join Our Dynamic Sales Team! About Arizona Painting Company: As the foremost residential painting experts in Arizona, we take pride in transforming. Responsibilities and Duties * Receive a daily influx of 4-5 pre-scheduled on-site leads from prospective customers. * Pricing out projects and presenting the clients with a proposal for painting their home on-site. * Following up with previous quotes you have submitted to clients. * Reporting sales Key Performance Indicators. * Working with the customer to schedule them into our production schedule. * Attending sales meetings and 1 on 1 development meetings. * Available to work Monday-Friday varying Hours w/ Saturday rotational schedules Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home services industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent time management and organization skills * Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets. * Proficient in computer use, need to be able to use Word and Excel * Proactive and ownership mentality * Ability to conduct on-site assessments and present proposals. * Motivated to contribute to the growth and success of Arizona Painting Company.
