Responsibilities

Duties

• Receive a daily influx of 4-5 pre-scheduled on-site leads from prospective customers.
• Pricing out projects and presenting the clients with a proposal for painting their home on-site.
• Following up with previous quotes you have submitted to clients.
• Reporting sales Key Performance Indicators.
• Working with the customer to schedule them into our production schedule.
• Attending sales meetings and 1 on 1 development meetings.
• Available to work Monday-Friday varying Hours w/ Saturday rotational schedules

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Proficient in computer use, need to be able to use Word and Excel
• Proactive and ownership mentality
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments and present proposals.
