Competitive Hourly + Commission Pay Plan Orange Buick GMC is seeking motivated, driven, and detail-oriented Business Development Representatives to join our BDC Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy working with customers, and are motivated by performance and results. One or more years of BDC or sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a foundational understanding of sales or customer service. If you are goal-driven, organized, able to multitask, and perform well under pressure, this role may be a great fit. Job Responsibilities * Communicate effectively with internet and phone prospects via phone, email, and text based on customer preference * Manage inbound sales leads and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Answer customer questions regarding vehicle availability, features, and pricing * Schedule appointments for test drives * Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM * Keep vehicle specifications and availability up to date * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business * Accurately log customer activity and lead sources for reporting and marketing purposes Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Previous call center, BDC, or internet sales experience preferred * VinSolutions CRM experience is a plus * Strong computer skills and internet proficiency * Excellent organizational, follow-through, and follow-up skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented and dependable * Reliable transportation * Ability to work a rotating schedule: * 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM * 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay plus commission * Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits * 401(k) * Paid Time Off after one year * Christmas Holiday Bonus Plan * Supportive and professional work environment * Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement About Orange Buick GMC Orange Buick GMC is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining honesty, integrity, and respect for both customers and employees.
