Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Corporate Event Sales Representative to help drive major growth for Puzzle Rides--one of Arizona's most unique corporate event and team experience companies. This is not a "take orders" role. This is a pipeline-building, relationship- driven, results-based sales position for a professional who knows how to sell corporate events and close high-value packages. You'll be selling more than a fun day out--our corporate offerings include interactive team experiences plus premium add-ons like our Team Dynamics Analysis packages, which can be positioned as leadership insight, team performance improvement, and even a pre-hire evaluation experience for key roles. This is a W-2, 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential, designed for someone who wants to be rewarded directly for the business they generate. What You'll Sell You will sell corporate experiences across the Phoenix/Scottsdale Metro area, including: Corporate Team Experiences * Team-building events and interactive group challenges * Private group Puzzle Rides in Scottsdale * On-site corporate options (based on client needs) Premium Add-Ons and Upsells (High-Income Opportunity) * Team Dynamics Analysis packages (Team Snapshot / Team Blueprint) * Customization, branded themes, and leadership-focused formats * VIP upgrades, photography add-ons, prizes, and multi-round tournament experiences Pre-Hire / Leadership Evaluation Experiences Our events can also be positioned as a real-world way for companies to observe candidate performance beyond the interview, including: * communication style * leadership presence * teamwork and collaboration * decision-making under time pressure Responsibilities * Generate new corporate business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships * Build relationships with HR teams, executive assistants, office managers, culture leaders, and event planners * Develop a strong local network with hotels, concierges, DMCs, venues, and referral partners * Qualify inbound inquiries quickly and convert them into booked events * Lead discovery calls, recommend the best-fit package, and close confidently * Sell higher-value upgrades including Team Dynamics Analysis and customization options * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up communication (no dropped leads) * Coordinate internal handoff to operations once events are booked and confirmed * Help create repeat business by turning one event into a long-term corporate relationship * Represent the brand professionally through local outreach, networking, and relationship building Compensation (W-2 / Commission Only) This is a W-2, 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential. Commission is earned on collected revenue and paid in two stages: * Commission paid when the deposit is collected * Commission paid when the final payment is collected Top performers increase earnings by consistently selling premium add-ons such as Team Dynamics Analysis packages, customization, and multi-event contracts.
