Solar Sales Consultant Locations: San Diego, Los Angeles, Northern California Compensation: Base Salary $35,000-$55,000 + Strong Commissions OTE: $250,000-$400,000 for Top Performers Overview This is an opportunity for experienced, high-performing solar sales professionals to join a financially stable, privately held renewable energy company with a strong reputation and exceptional close rates. The role is hybrid by nature. Some days are spent in the office, while others are spent in the field meeting homeowners. You will work warm, high-quality leads while also having the ability to generate your own leads for higher commission payouts. This is not an entry-level position. This role is built for closers.
