From consultation to close, you'll be the trusted advisor who guides clients to the right choice. Daily Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs * Offer personalized solutions and explain project options clearly * Create and present accurate, professional estimates * Manage follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the customer journey * Collaborate with office and installation teams to ensure seamless project handoffs * Keep accurate records and contribute feedback to improve processes Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. * Proven experience in residential electrical sales (HVAC, solar, or roofing sales are not equivalent) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Confident presenting solutions and closing in-person deals * Familiar with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/estimating platforms * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Self-driven, coachable, and excited to work in a performance-focused environment Potts Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
