The Opportunity: As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Alta Windows, responsible for driving your own sales within the Phoenix market, as well as taking leads when available. Your success begins with your ability to prospect and to secure in-home consultations. From there, you will transition into a trusted consultant, meeting with homeowners to understand their needs, present customized window solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct professional, in-home consultations with homeowners to diagnose their needs and present the value of Alta Windows products. * Utilize the sales process to build rapport, provide accurate product demonstrations, and generate detailed quotes. * Effectively manage a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospective customers. * In addition to working leads, prospect by generating your own leads through networking as well as door-to-door canvassing. * Become an expert in our product offerings, the competitive landscape, and the home improvement industry. What We're Looking For: * A Proven Closer: You have at least 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally direct-to-consumer (D2C), or in-home sales role. * Self-Motivated: You have an internal drive to succeed, manage your time effectively, and push for results. * Professional & Resilient: You have a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections with confidence. * Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using technology (CRM, tablets, etc.).
