We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our home services team. This role is an ideal fit for anyone who loves to be in control of their own earnings based on their performance, and enjoys connecting with potential customers to schedule qualified appointments. Company leads are provided. This is a Full-time, in-person position located in Tempe, AZ. The role offers a base pay of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn $65,000-$75,000 on average with top performers reaching $110,000 - $120,000 annually through uncapped commissions and incentives. What We Offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Ongoing training and coaching to support your growth Internal promotion opportunities Fun, high-energy team environment The chance to grow with a company from the ground up Your Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to engage potential customers and set qualified appointments for our home services (Solar, Batteries, HVAC) Effectively communicate the problem and solution Overcome objections and answer concerns Book high quality appointments and generate sales conversions Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM Maintain high call volume and follow-up standards Collaborate with the team and leadership to continuously improve performance Take and apply feedback constructively to improve skills and outcomes You Bring: 1-3 years of call center sales or marketing experience (required) Ability to work a full time work schedule Reliable transportation Receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement Strong communication and people skills Experience using phone systems and/or dialers (preferred) Solar experience is a strong plus An overachiever who is self-motivated A competitive spirit, who thrives on reaching and exceeding goals Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States.
