As a Rental Sales Representative at Russell Equipment, you will be responsible for renting equipment on the company's behalf. Your role will focus on securing new customers while fostering and maintaining strong business relationships. This is primarily an inside sales position with minimal travel. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs.
• Following up on customer emails, calls, quotes, and transactions.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up after equipment delivery.
• Managing the sales process from start to finish, including promoting equipment, cultivating leads, and ensuring payment receipt.

Qualifications

: Required:

• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic math competency
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both in person, over the phone, and via email
• Ability to accept and apply constructive criticism Preferred:
• Previous sales experience with physical products
• Ability to build rapport both in person and over the phone
