Description: High-Ticket B2C Construction Sales $150,000-$300,000+ OTE | $50,000 Base | Uncapped Commission Southwest Building Solutions is a well-established Arizona construction company with a strong reputation for quality and integrity. We've been building steel buildings for years, and our name is trusted across the state. We're hiring an experienced Sales Representative for high-ticket B2C sales. This role is built for closers who want uncapped income, strong inbound demand, and the backing of a proven brand.

Compensation

• $50,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
• First-year on-target earnings: $140,000+
• Top performers earn $200,000-$300,000+

Requirements

: What You 'll Do

• Work directly with homeowners and property owners (B2C)
• Convert inbound leads and referrals into closed deals
• Conduct site visits and present customized solutions
• Manage your pipeline using HubSpot
• Coordinate with internal teams to move projects from sale to build

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Arizona
• Construction or home services sales experience is a plus
