Job Overview We are seeking highly energetic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Roof Inspectors (Outside Sales Representatives). In this role, you will be on the front lines, inspecting roofs, interacting directly with customers, and helping homeowners understand how our superior roofing solutions can enhance and protect their homes. Key Responsibilities * Roof Inspections: Conduct on-site roof inspections with attention to detail and accuracy. * Customer Engagement: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by discussing premium roofing products, warranties, and service options. * Sales & Consultation: Utilize our sales system to guide homeowners through their options and help them make informed decisions. * Collaboration: Work independently while being supported by a dynamic, fun, and engaged team. * Documentation: Maintain clear records of inspections and customer interactions to ensure a seamless follow-up process. What We 're Looking For About You: * Must be comfortable walking on roofs * Self-motivated with a drive to succeed * Able to work independently and manage your own schedule * Keen attention to detail * Physically capable of lifting/carrying between 50-80 lbs * Must be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system * Clean driving record is required * Successful completion of a background check is required Experience: * No prior sales or roofing experience is required--your enthusiasm and dedication are what matter most!
