Indianapolis, IN (Field role / in customers ' homes) On-Target Earnings: $75,000 -$150,000+ (uncapped) Paid Training: 12 weeks industry paid training , then full commission Must be comfortable on roofs: This role includes ladders/roof top chimney evaluations as part of inspections. Company take-home vehicle provided Quick snapshot: We're hiring a professional, consultative in-home sales consultant who can also perform hands-on fireplace/chimney inspections (including roof top chimney evaluations). Day-to-day responsibilities: * Perform full fireplace/chimney/venting inspections (includes ladders, roofs, tight spaces, and attics as needed) * Deliver professional in-home consultative presentations and ask for the sale when appropriate * Build clear scopes of work, create accurate estimates, and recommend the right repair/rebuild/install options * Follow our no-pressure, trust-first sales process with consistent follow-up * Document inspections thoroughly (notes + photos) and track pipeline in our CRM * Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure smooth project execution * Stay current on industry standards and complete ongoing training What we 're looking for: This job is for you if you can sell professionally* _and_*do the hands-on inspection work.
