Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will utilize your communication skills to foster relationships and drive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has a passion for sales, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Duties * Conduct outbound calling efforts to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and achieving sales goals. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services, while effectively communicating value propositions. * Assist in preparing presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. * Ability to conduct outbound calls confidently and professionally. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
