Outside/Inside Sales Lead Location: Sandbox VR - Pointe Orlando Compensation: Hourly + Commission About Sandbox VR: Sandbox VR is the world's most advanced virtual reality experience, delivering unforgettable group adventures for corporate teams, celebrations, and private events. We're growing fast and are looking for a motivated sales professional to help expand our presence in the Orlando market. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside/Inside Sales Lead to grow corporate, business, and group event bookings at Sandbox VR. The ideal candidate will be comfortable generating new leads, maintaining relationships, and representing Sandbox VR throughout the I-Drive and Orlando hospitality communities. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate, group, and business event revenue. * Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach, lead nurturing, and follow-up communication. * Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. * Build strong relationships with local businesses, hotels, convention groups, DMCs, and attractions partners. * Attend networking events, mixers, and local business functions to represent Sandbox VR and grow brand awareness. * Maintain an active presence in the I-Drive area and establish connections with key stakeholders. * Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly updates to management. * Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications: * Previous experience in corporate, group, or business event sales required. * Strong knowledge of the I-Drive / Orlando hospitality and tourism market is highly preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and confident in both inside (office-based) and outside (field-based) sales environments. * Comfortable attending networking events, industry meetups, and community functions. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-paced team.
