We are a full service roofing contractor with a 24 hour emergency repair department, commercial re-roof department as well as a residential team. . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Construction or roofing background will be very beneficial. The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and managing the sales process from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with clients. * Provide customer service and support. * Manage client accounts and keep accurate records of transactions. * Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients. * Identify new business opportunities and pursue them actively. * Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest strategies for improvement. * Develop marketing strategies to increase customer base. Requirements: * Must be able to climb ladders and meet with customers on the roof to provide comprehensive roofing solutions. * Tolerance to hot and cold weather * Able to lift 50lbs * Computer Savvy Additional: * Tell us about any extra curricular activities you were a part of either in high school or at the collegiate level. * The right person for this job is a team player with a competitive streak!
