• Canvass targeted neighborhoods + run field territories with a team
• Engage homeowners on roof condition, storm damage, and timelines
• Set qualified appointments for sales reps (not "interest only" fluff)
• Log leads & data into Slack (we run clean ops)
• Hit daily/weekly KPIs with consistency
• Attend morning meetings + training + field shadowing
