Our client, a family-owned leader in the recreational vehicle and marine industry in North Tonawanda, is looking to expand their team with an energeticSales Associate who is passionate about helping customers embrace the adventure of life on the road. This is an on-site/full-time/direct-hire position Salary based on experience: Estimated first year total comp $75k + (top performers $200K+) Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Deliver a memorable and enjoyable buying experience for every customer. * Build lasting relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process. * Confidently set and exceed sales goals while providing top-tier service. * Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments. * Conduct engaging product walk-throughs and follow up with potential buyers. * Participate in ongoing training sessions, vendor meetings, and sales events to keep your skills sharp. * Attend industry sales shows several times per year. * Most importantly, enjoy selling dreams--on wheels and waves!
