Full description of the position

Site Sales Leader The Sales Team Lead is responsible for coaching a team of sales representatives for exceptional results, and ensuring industry leading customer experiences from initial consultation to project completion. This role combines expert product knowledge,, strong leadership, and a results- driven mindset to grow revenue, maintain client relationships, and uphold the company's values and reputation for quality and service. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor and motivate a team of flooring sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. * Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability. * Provide training and coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. * Oversee the customer sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. * Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, designers, and property managers. * Collaborate with installation and project management teams to ensure accurate estimates, scheduling and follow-up. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management. * Assist in creating and executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and showroom displays. * Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years Sales experience in commissioned sales. 3-5 years Leadership of a commissioned sale team. Skills: * Strong leadership and team-building abilities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of flooring products (carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, etc.) an installation processes. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to interpret floor plans, measurements, and client specifications. * Strong organizational and time management skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or related field preferred. License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
