Here's what you'll love: * Mission-Driven Work - Every sale supports Gospel-centered ministry * Professional Growth - Learn, grow, and develop your sales skills * Hybrid Flexibility - Work from our St. Louis office with remote options * Comprehensive Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and more * Positive Culture - Collaborative team, meaningful work, and fun employee events What You'll Do You'll be the first point of contact for churches exploring our software solutions: * Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and video outreach * Initiate conversations that build trust and uncover ministry needs * Educate churches on products like Lutheran Service Builder, Church360, and Shepherd's Staff * Schedule product demos and meetings for inbound sales reps * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and reengagement * Track outreach and results using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident communicator and relationship-builder: * Bachelor's degree in business or related field * 3+ years of sales experience (software sales a plus!) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms * LCMS background helpful, but not required Be Part of Something Bigger At CPH, your work supports churches across the country.
