Storm Restoration Services | Multiple Markets Base Pay + Commission (Base Pay for First 90 Days) Uncapped Commission | Company Vehicle Included | Local Territory Storm Restoration Services is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for door-to-door storm restoration sales. This is a field-based role that requires generating your own leads through door knocking in storm-affected neighborhoods. The company may occasionally provide leads; however, long- term success depends primarily on self-generated business. Base pay is provided during the first 90 days as a training and ramp period. After 90 days, compensation transitions to a commission-focused structure. What You 'll Do

• Knock doors in storm-damaged neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on inspections and insurance claims
• Generate and manage your own leads
• Assist with inspections, documentation, and claim support
• Meet with adjusters and oversee projects through completion What We Offer
