Summary We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere. This position will play a critical role in supporting the sales team's success with day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks and sales support activities. Responsibilities and Desired Skills: * Assist Sales Executives with client requests, quotes and projects. This will include direct communication with clients. * Handle vendor and client communication and updates for orders placed. * Maintain up to date status and project documentation for all projects. * Attend project team meetings. * Attend in person/virtual customer meetings and site visits with or without team members when necessary. * Proficient in Microsoft Office365 applications (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and possess the ability and willingness to learn new software * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Able to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent customer service skills. * Team player with a positive and professional attitude. * Knowledge of office furniture industry is a plus but not required.
