Our state-of- the-art working showroom, located in Madison, serves as a powerful resource and destination for prospective clients. Summary We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere. This position will play a critical role in supporting the sales team's success with day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks and sales support activities.

Responsibilities

and Desired Skills:

• Assist Sales Executives with client requests, quotes and projects. This will include direct communication with clients.
• Handle vendor and client communication and updates for orders placed.
• Maintain up to date status and project documentation for all projects.
• Attend project team meetings.
• Attend in person/virtual customer meetings and site visits with or without team members when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365 applications (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and possess the ability and willingness to learn new software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
