About the Role This is a relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on wearing many hats and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. As a Business Development & Sales Representative, you'll combine client support, community outreach, and sales to help families get the care they need. You don't need to be a nurse--but you should be comfortable learning care basics to speak confidently with families, guide them through care options, and build professional relationships. This is a scrappy, self-motivated role where your effort directly drives your results and rewards.
