Full description of the position

Position Overview The Account Executive plays a key role in driving revenue by converting inbound leads into sales, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who is goal- driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with customers to find solutions that fit their needs. What You 'll Do * Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert quotes into sales. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business. * Follow up on open quotes and manage your sales pipeline to meet closing targets. * Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals. * Confidently handle objections and negotiate pricing to secure deals. * Use NetSuite CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and followup activities. * Collaborate with Operations and Customer Support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience (preferably in an industrial, construction, or partsrelated environment). * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and drive measurable results. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a customerfocused approach. * Proactive and competitive mindset with a drive to win deals and grow revenue. * High energy, positive attitude, and selfmotivation in a fastpaced environment. * Organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Comfortable using CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), phone, and email to manage daily sales activity. Preferred (Not Required) * Familiarity with NetSuite CRM. * Experience selling to customers in construction, equipment, or heavy parts industries. * Understanding of consultative or solutionbased selling techniques.
