Job Description This Territory Sales Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated salesperson. SurgiTel/General Scientific Corporation is a successful, privately owned company that sells optical equipment to the dental, medical, and veterinary markets. SurgiTel manufactures products with unique innovations known for enhancing vision and ergonomics. Many of our customers already know of SurgiTel before they contact you. Most of our sales reps have a closing rate of over 90%. Job Duties * Prospecting and selling in your territory by converting leads and other sales opportunities. Growing current customer base with new products. Roughly 55% of your time * Selling to dental and hygiene schools as well as residency programs. Roughly 25% of your time * Selling at trade shows in your territory. Roughly 10% of your time * Servicing our current customers in the field. Roughly 10% of your time * The position requires you to drive to your appointments throughout your territory. This territory will be discussed during the tinterview. Pay & Benefits * This is a salary and commission-based opportunity. Expected earnings are $125k to $200k+ depending on performance * Medical & Dental benefits are available along with 401k with company contribution and paid time off * We also offer a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement Requirements * This is a full-time position * 3+ years of outside sales experience * Territory management experience * College education * Clean driving record and reliable car * It is ideal to be a resident of the Buffalo or Pittsburgh area.
