Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, account management, and developing new business opportunities. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our organization's success by providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and negotiating pricing. Duties: - Generate leads through outbound prospecting, research, and referrals - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients - Cultivate and uphold relationships with manufacturers and their representatives - Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads - Identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth - Stay up to date with industry developments and trends - Complete the daily call log detailing job bids, quotes, and customer follow-ups - Step in to assist our team at the sales counter when required - Other duties as required Requirements: - Proven experience in inside/outside sales or a related field - Proficiency in generating quotes using job schedules and take-offs through reps and vendors - Proven experience handling bills of material and lighting packages - Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service skills - Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel - Business development skills and a passion for sales - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Skills: - Account management - Customer service - Business development - Sales Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Raleigh, NC 27610: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In personLongley Supply Co
